Shipping policy

UK orders:

Standard Delivery:

• How much?
  Free for orders over £15, otherwise £2.99
  
• How long does it take?
  Typically 2-5 working days after despatch.

Express Delivery:

• How much?
  £2.99 for orders over £15, otherwise £4.99
  
• How long does it take?
  Typically 1 working day after despatch.

USA orders (note you will need to pay customs/import taxes on arrival):

Standard Delivery:

• How much?
  £20, available for orders up to 2kg (3x 4-packs)
  
• How long does it take?
  Typically 5-8 working days after despatch.

When will my order be despatched?

• Standard items
  Orders are despatched on weekdays only (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed before midday are typically despatched on the same day, otherwise the next working day.
• Custom items
  Orders are despatched 2-3 weeks after order date. If an order contains standard and custom items, then all your items will be sent together.

What service do you use?
We send the majority of our orders by Royal Mail.

Do you provide international shipping to other countries?
For bulk purchases (40+ tubes) we can send our products overseas to you. Please email us for a custom quote.
